MYNT is a marketplace for beauty, fragrance, and related products in Bangladesh. By using the MYNT website or placing an order, you agree to these customer terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

These terms are for customers only. They do not create or replace the commercial agreement between MYNT and a vendor, supplier, or other business partner.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and order information. Keep your account credentials private and tell MYNT Customer Care promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without permission.

MYNT aims to display product names, images, ingredients, sizes, prices, availability, and descriptions accurately. Product packaging, colour, and appearance may vary slightly from screen to screen or from the manufacturer's current packaging.

Items are subject to availability. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable, MYNT will contact you where practical and arrange an appropriate next step, such as removing the item, offering an alternative, or processing a refund for an eligible prepaid item.

MYNT sources products through its own verified channels and participating marketplace vendors. Where shown on a product page, the MYNT Authentic badge describes the source information available for that product. It does not imply that every brand has the same commercial relationship with MYNT.

After you submit an order, MYNT may send an acknowledgement or contact you to confirm details. An order is accepted when MYNT confirms it for processing. MYNT may decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine issue such as unavailable stock, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, incomplete customer information, or a legal or safety concern.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, MYNT will arrange the applicable refund in accordance with the payment method and our refund process. Once an order is dispatched, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

Prices, discounts, and promotional offers displayed at checkout apply to the relevant order at that time. A promotion may have its own published conditions, eligibility limits, stock limits, or end date. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting an order.

Payment options shown at checkout are the options currently available for your order. Do not share payment credentials with anyone outside an official payment provider or MYNT support channel.

MYNT delivers according to the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Some marketplace items are fulfilled by participating vendors. If an order contains products from more than one fulfilment source, it may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. MYNT Customer Care remains the customer support contact for the order.

Eligible items may be returned within 3 calendar days of delivery, subject to the product condition and the requirements in our Return and Refund Policy. Products must generally be unused and returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase.

For a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing item, keep the parcel and packaging and contact MYNT Customer Care as soon as possible. An unboxing video is required to help review the claim with the delivery or fulfilment partner.

MYNT may offer reward points or other customer benefits. Availability, eligibility, redemption value, expiry, and offer conditions are shown in the relevant MYNT experience and may change for future transactions. Reward points are not cash and cannot be transferred unless MYNT expressly states otherwise.

Reviews and other customer content must be honest, relevant, and lawful. MYNT may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, or unrelated to the product or service.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, scrape or copy content without permission, or use MYNT names, logos, images, or content except as allowed by law or with written permission. Product trademarks and brand assets belong to their respective owners.

MYNT handles personal information according to the Privacy Policy. Payment providers, couriers, social platforms, and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. MYNT is not responsible for external websites that you choose to visit.

MYNT may update these terms for future use of the service. The revised version will be posted here with a new update date. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, including consumer-protection requirements that cannot lawfully be excluded.
