colors, and its black colored version contains Carbon Black pigment. This pigment provides an intense look for your eyebrows. Eyebrow Liner is also waterproof and offers a long-wear performance.First, shape your eyebrows using an eyebrow brush. Then, use the eyebrow liner to fill in your brows.

HOW TO USE

First, apply the eyebrow make-up base. Then fill in the gaps with an eyeliner pen. In case of need use an eyebrow make-up fixator in order to shape easily and protect the eyebrow make up. After using of Eyebrow Liner close it carefully to prevent the pencil from drying out.
